088: Lee Jordan met the Twins on the train in their first year. However, the way they met was a little unusual. A group of Slytherins had ganged up on Lee, and, him being a first year, he didn’t know how to defend himself. The Twins came to his rescue, and they managed to fight off two of the bullies. But, Lee held his own: he managed to fast-talk his way away from the other two bullies, using reasoning and his words. From that day on, the Twins saw Lee as their adopted brother, and the three were nigh inseparable.
087. Filch was the twins’ first test subject, before they even knew if their products were safe or not. They just wanted to off the caretaker; the interesting results of the prank were a bonus.
086. When Teddy first met Fred and George, he changed his features to match that of the twins. When George held Teddy for the first time after the Battle, Teddy matched his features to George’s, and then squeaked, “Where Fwed?” George had to hand Teddy off to Harry so that he could compose himself. He disappeared from the room, and didn’t come back for a very long time. People had thought he had offed himself, but he didn’t. But, the reason why he ran away was because Teddy reminded him of not only his lost twin, but also of himself, and it nearly destroyed him.
084. Even after Fred’s death, Molly continued to make those sweaters with the “F” on it. When George’s son Freddie was old enough, George gave Freddie II all of Fred I’s sweaters. It almost killed George to do so, but afterwards, whenever he saw his son wearing his brother’s sweaters, he was able to smile like he had when his brother was still alive.
